TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms and conditions below are to help fulfill the function of establishing and clarifying the commission process for the client to be informed the following: 1) Details about the product 2) how they can use it, and 3) to avoid misunderstandings.NOTE: The use of my work for IA processing (Commissions or art from my shop) is NOT ALLOWED.
Terms and conditions
♦ I reserve the right to:
- Use the commission to be shared on my social media, online portfolio, and to stream online or for content creation (Unless you specifically ask for it to be private which will incur an extra fee).
- Cancel an order due to hostile behavior, lack of feedback or delays to begin the commission for up to 3 weeks (Without warning). I will issue a refund depending on the process, and the client will be blocked from working with me again.
- Hinder the commission priority due to long response times from the client without warning.
- To refuse an order if the subject of the commission makes me feel uncomfortable (refer to my "Don'ts" list for additional information).
- To refuse an order if it is too far from the style I have.
- Re-use any of the images and animations from my own personal bank on multiple designs for customers.
- Not be held responsible for any possible allegations of copyright infringement. The client's responsibility is to understand the rules and terms concerning all third-party materials being used as subjects of the commission.).
♦ Artist responsibilities:
- To be respectful and follow the guidelines presented in the terms of service.
- Deliver the commission within an established time frame and/or notify the client of any unforeseen circumstances.
- Report periodical updates of the commission to the client.
- Respect the client wishes if they don't want their commissions to be streamed.
♦ Client responsibilities:
- To be respectful and follow the guidelines presented in the terms of service.
- To reply between 1-5 business days and/or notify me of any known issues regarding returning messages. Otherwise the commission priority will be hindered.
- You cannot resell, transfer or redistribute the ownership of any of my commission work (Nor as NFTs).
- You must credit me as the artist.
- To make the payment within 48h after the invoice is sent.
Do's and Don'ts
In this section you can find the topics and styles I'm open to work with and the ones that are not.
*** Do's:***- Humanoid characters in anime style (Female, Male, Androgen, etc.).
- Non-humanoid characters like animals, objects, entities, etc.
- I'm comfortable drawing people of different ages and body types.
- Some mechanical parts on character design (But not fully mechanical).
- Backgrounds (Nature and architecture).
- Animation: Humanoids, animals, objects (Respecting my style).
- A bit of blood for staging is ok, but nothing extremely explicit.
- Religious imagery related designs as long as they are respectful.
Don'ts:- NSFW.
- Exact copies of other artists or artworks.
- Realistic style or any style too far from anime.
- Fully mechanical characters.
- I won't take any disrespectful, discriminatory, violent, gore, hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, etc. requests or designs.
Commission order and process
Please fill out the “COMMISSION ORDER FORM". You can use images for references and a written description for your order. Commission requests with vague or little to no details will be automatically declined. After I receive the order I'll review it to verify if it is within my capabilities and offer you a quote.*You must provide one or various drawn references of your character.Depending on the complexity of your request, I'll be sending updates every 1 or 2 weeks. For more time-consuming commissions, like an animation, for example, then the time will be extended to every 2 - 3 weeks. In normal circumstances, all commissions will be finished within the first 2 months after the commission work starts. More complex commissions like animations can take up to 3 - 5 months. If there are any sudden delays or changes in RL circumstances, I'll notify the client immediately.* You'll get up to 2 rounds of corrections on the color sketch, and 2 or 1 correction on each of the following stages depending on the type of commission. After each stage is approved by the client (Stage meaning: Color sketch, color rendering, animation, etc.), any extra changes are NOT ALLOWED.The illustration stages are: Color sketch - Rendering - Animation (If requested) - Post-Production (If requested).
__The animation stages are: __ Layer separation - Animation - Color - Post Production.-All commission updates will be watermarked and in low resolution. Once the commission is approved by the client and fully paid for, then a full quality and unwatermarked version will be sent.
-Please don't ask for daily updates.
Licenses & Commercial purposes
- Personal LicenseEvery piece you purchase from me comes by default with a personal license, this will allow you to use this artwork on your social media, and monetized videos or streams.
*Must credit me as the artist.- Commercial LicenseCommercial license will incur a +50% extra fee of the illustration price for indie creators - With this license you can use the artwork for merch, the artwork cannot be edited. This rights can be purchased in a later date with a 7% increment.
Payment
- Payments are only in USD and made through Paypal.
- Orders under 200 USD must be paid upfront. Orders above 200 usd can be paid up to three parts but respecting the dates proposed by the client to do the payment. (More than 1000 usd can be discussed).
- Rush orders will cost 50% fee of the final price of the commission, by paying a priority fee your turn will be set above the normal turns.
- The final price of the commission will have a 7% fee to cover management & software services.
Refunds
- If I fail to provide any updates within the estimated time (1-5 months) I will issue a 100% refund. Note that the time will start counting from the moment the first sketch of the commission is delivered. Waiting times prior to the beginning of the commission are not taken into consideration.
- If a commission is cancelled by me I will issue a refund depending on the progress of the commission.
- You can ask for a refund depending on the progress of the commission [Please refer to the percentage guide].
- If a refund is issued you'll be blocked from commissioning me again.

For this type of commissions I need to make a custom quote depending on the amount of details and animations, the minimum budget is $100.

- 2 revisions on sketch stage, 2 revisions on render stage

SET B - Background illustration + Animation
- Includes 1 animated background 1920x1080px, 24 fps.
- MP4 file or WebM (If the video needs any transparency).
- 2 revisions on sketch stage, 2 revisions on render stage and 2 on animation stage.
- Complete ambience animation pack (6 FX)
- Final price (including all required fees): 800 usd
SET C - Background illustration + Animation + 1 Light variation
- Includes 1 animated background 1920x1080px, 24 fps.
- MP4 file or WebM (If the video needs any transparency).
- 2 revisions on sketch stage, 2 revisions on render stage, and 2 on animation stage.
- Complete ambience animation pack (6 FX)
- You can ask for a light variation, for example night or sunset lighting.
- Final price (including all required fees): 850 usd
Extra information:
- If you just want a couple FX on your BG instead the full animation you can ask for an individual FX quote.
- You can ask for seasonal decorations (Christmas, Halloween, etc.) For non animated decoration (+130 usd), for animated decorations (+160 usd)

Illustration animation:You can ask to have your illustration animated!*Includes 1 expression, blinking, breath, general physics.+ Headshot Character: 30 - 50 usd

F.A.Q.
How does the commission process work?
1. The client place the order through google form.
2. I will contact the client back for further information and then provide the final quote.
3. The client can decide if they approve the quote or not, if approved then we wait until the commission can be started. During this waiting time the client doesn't have to pay anything.
4. When the commission is started the invoice will be sent and once its paid Ill start working on it.
5. Multiple updates will be sent to the client for review.
6. The final commission is submitted to the client.
What type of file do I receive for my commission??
Backgrounds: Mp4 File, 24fps, 1920x1080, if the design requires transparency it will be WebM file.
Assets: PNG sequence/WebM File
Emotes: PNG/Gif File
Why the waiting times for your commissions take so long?
There are multiple reasons why this happens, one of the main reasons is due to a high demand but also because I allow my clients to edit their orders until the payment is sent. I understand so much can happen within months of waiting and sometimes the client wants to ask for some different products and that changes the amount of time required for each commission.If you wish to commission me please be aware of this, sometimes I can work faster but the waiting time tends to be around months.
Why do you have limited background commission slots?
I'm limiting my background commission slots because of the large amount of time they take and the high demand I've been having the latest months. So in order to keep quality high and a good commission income rate for me I will be taking fewer slots.
Why are you finishing other commissions before mine?
This will happen very often with Background commissions, since this commissions can take months in the making, I need to keep some income from smaller commissions, that's why is very likely I will finish asset, emote, or animation commissions before I can finish a background, please be patient with me ♡!
I dont want to use my commission slot anymore, can I leave the waitlist?
Yes, since the waiting time is so long I allow my clients to leave the waitlist if they wish, editing their commission order is also a possibility as long as this is done before sending the invoice.
